The Leadership Team

Mr. Leon is a highly experienced entrepreneur with expertise in developing and expanding large-scale businesses, including in the workers’ compensation industry. With over 40 years of C-suite experience, Mr. Leon has successfully grown several companies into multi-million dollar organizations. He previously held several leadership positions, including President, CFO, Treasurer, Director of Finance, and Administrator for Vanir Group of Companies, where he managed and constructed over $5.5 billion in construction value annually. Mr. Leon holds a BA in Economics with a Business emphasis from UCLA, a Master’s from the University of Southern California, and a Certificate in Local Agency Finance. He was also on the Board of the Lusk Center for Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Hoden is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (May 2009) with a Master of Public Health (Aug.2018), and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Dr. Hoden has been our Medical Director since inception and is the owner of Link2 Medical Group, PC. Dr. Hoden did her residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Duke University. She also did a residency and internship in Family Medicine at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to Link2MD, she worked for Wheel Health as a telemedicine physician. She was also the Center Medical Director for Concentra Urgent Care in Las Vegas until April 2022.

Mr. Devine is an accomplished and visionary leader who brings a wealth of experience to Link2MD. He has experience in the insurance and financial services sector serving as Director of a Fortune 500 company and achieving top 3% national recognition for production. Mr. Devine played a key role in developing legacy software and technology solutions, improving producer effectiveness and customer satisfaction. He transitioned to a national account manager role at a major software firm, focusing on Fortune 500 and government relations. In the SaaS software world, he was instrumental in the funding, operations, and sale of one company, while another remains a significant player in e-commerce. Mr. Devine continued into behavioral health where he served as Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Strategic Relationships for a national behavioral health company.

Ms. Vass has more than 25 years of experience in client management and insurance services. Prior to joining Link2MD, Ms. Vass spent 8 years as an Executive with a telemedicine services company that was an early pioneer in bringing solutions to clients in the workers’ compensation industry, where she was SVP of Sales and Marketing. Ms. Vass is an expert in the field of workers’ compensation, patient wellness and safety. She served for 10 years as the Executive Director of the Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation. Ms. Vass holds a BS from San Diego State University and is a licensed Property Casualty Broker.
